What is wingwave®

A precise impulse so things can move again.

The wingwave® method was developed in the 1990s by psychologists and trainers Cora Besser-Siegmund and Harry Siegmund. It combines bilateral stimulation, elements of neuro-linguistic programming, and the myostatic test.

During a session, bilateral stimulation may happen through guided eye movements or auditory or tactile cues. The process aims to reduce the emotional load connected to a situation and support access to new perspectives and resources.

Important: wingwave® is a coaching method. It does not replace psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or medical treatment.
